Digital purchases and the right to cancel

Season One is digital and you get it straight away. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that, once you have it, the 14-day right to cancel that EU law gives for online purchases no longer applies. We confirm your purchase by email.

When we refund

• Bought by mistake or charged twice: write to us within 14 days and we will refund you, as long as you have not started a paid case.
• Something does not work: if a case will not play or does not work as described, tell us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can have a price reduction or a full refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Paddle, our merchant of record, returns the money to the payment method you used.
